I have been in photography industry for a while now. At beginning I think a professional photographer is all about taking photo. If I can have great skill, I can make money. But now I no longer think this way. I would say business part is about at least 30% or even more. It is very normal a photographer can make much more money than me but his skill can be less polished.

I am a guy want to focus on artistic part, less on business part. I like thinking about shooting idea, brainstorming, preparing for the shoot. I want to devote all my energy to creativity.
However many times I want to make the project looking good. I have many ideas. But clients give money that is barely enough for myself. I can not hire assistant to bring lights. I can only terminate my potential ideas. Just do it with minimal equipment.

I need an agency to help me share the burden of running business. I will be more than happy to let him take more money.
